Engineering Stack

Fusion 360
All panels and brackets designed parametrically. Dimensions driven by variables so a single change cascades across the full assembly.
Laser Cutting
Panels cut from 3mm MDF and engraved on black acrylic for backlit legends. DXF exported directly from Fusion 360.
3D Printing
PETG for structural brackets and housings. Resin for high-detail parts like knobs, bezels, and annunciator housings.
ESP32 + CockpitConnect
Each panel zone runs a dedicated ESP32 with CockpitConnect firmware, connected over WiFi. Every switch, light and display is set up in Flows, with no code to write.
X-Plane 12
CockpitConnect connects the hardware to X-Plane 12 over WiFi in real time. X-Plane 12 only (for now) — MSFS is not supported.
