Engineering Stack

Fusion 360
All panels and brackets designed parametrically. Dimensions driven by variables so a single change cascades across the full assembly.
Laser Cutting
Panels cut from 3mm MDF and engraved on black acrylic for backlit legends. DXF exported directly from Fusion 360.
3D Printing
PETG for structural brackets and housings. Resin for high-detail parts like knobs, bezels, and annunciator housings.
Arduino + MobiFlight
Each panel zone runs a dedicated Arduino Mega flashed with MobiFlight firmware. No custom simulator API code required.
MSFS 2024 / X-Plane 12
SimConnect (MSFS) and XPUIPC (X-Plane) bridge hardware inputs and outputs to the simulation in real time.
