Live Map
Track your aircraft's live position and heading on a moving map, plus your SimBrief flight plan overlaid on the same view.
Live Map puts your aircraft on a moving map, updated in real time straight from the simulator. No more alt-tabbing to a charting app to see where you actually are — the position is right there, in the suite, next to everything else.
Add your SimBrief username and your planned route — waypoints, fuel, ETE — appears on the same map as the live aircraft marker, so you can see where you actually are against where you planned to be, without a second app.
Key capabilities
A heading-aligned aircraft marker updates continuously from your simulator's position.
The map recenters on your aircraft as you fly, or let go to pan and explore freely.
Pull in your SimBrief route, waypoints, fuel and ETE and see them drawn alongside your live position.
A moving map is one of the simplest ways to make a home cockpit feel situated in the world rather than floating in the sim. Dropped onto a spare tablet or a secondary monitor, it gives a builder the same at-a-glance position awareness a real panel-mounted GPS would.
Because it reads the same simulator-authoritative position feed as Airport Assistant and Weather Briefing, all three stay in lockstep — there is only one truth about where the aircraft is. The SimBrief overlay adds the planning side of the picture without replacing that rule: the flight plan is what you intended, the marker is always what's actually happening.
