Developers

Programmatic access to your workspace — API keys for the REST API and Bridge, plus outbound webhooks.

X-Plane 12 only (for now)
What it is

Developers opens the suite up for tinkering. Issue API keys for the REST API and the local Bridge, and register signed outbound webhooks that fire when a controller comes online or drops, a firmware update finishes or fails, the Bridge connects or disconnects, a Flow is deployed or hits an error, and when someone joins the workspace.

It is the module for builders who want to extend the platform — stream events into a dashboard, trigger something on the bench, or wire CockpitConnect into the rest of their workshop tooling.

Key capabilities

API keys

Scoped keys for the REST API and the Bridge so your own tools can read and act.

Outbound webhooks

Subscribe to controller, OTA update, Bridge, flow and member events and receive them, signed, at your own endpoint.

Event-driven by design

Everything the platform does emits events — hook into the ones you care about.

For your home cockpit

A home cockpit is never finished, and neither is the software around it. An open API and webhooks mean you are never boxed in by what the UI exposes — if you can imagine an integration, you can build it.

This is a level of openness closed, all-in-one cockpit packages rarely offer: the platform is designed to be automated against, not just clicked through.
