Boeing 737MAX home cockpit

09/07/2023

I’ve chosen to replace my 737NG for the Boeing 737 MAX. The reason to this is that the MIP consists mainly of screens, so that part is less time consuming, so I can make more overall progress. Another reason is that the MAX is relative new, also in the sim world, so challenge accepted 🙂

In July 2023 I demolished my 737NG frame and started all over again. This time I’ll create all smaller modules first, like the Main Instrument Panel (MIP) and then create the whole frame around the MIP, also as several modules of course.

This also means that the Throttle Quadrant motorization project is currently on-hold, but will definitely come back.
